Red Brick will provide our professional leasing services to you for a percentage of your first month's rent. Our services include:

-A detailed listing of your property on our web site
-Detailed reoccurring Craigslist postings until the unit is leased
-High quality photos of your unit
-A professional property management staff to promptly answer all phone calls and emails regarding your unit
-Your property available for viewing six days a week with our convenient office hours
-A thorough application process and credit and background check for any applicants (at a fee of $35 to the applicant)
-All lease paperwork drawn up and signed with the tenant

We also offer full service property management, which includes the leasing services outlined above, plus rent collection, maintenance services, a professional property management staff to assist your tenants and more.

You don’t need an appointment and you don’t need to worry about a leasing agent following you around!

To view ANY of our available apartments, just stop by one of our three offices to pick up an “Open House” key. We simply hold your driver’s license (you keep a copy) while you’re out on a self-guided tour of ALL available spaces! Please make sure to return the key where you pick it up. We hand out the last key 30 minutes prior to closing, so be sure to check the hours of operation for each office:
